We have the latest versions of the software for backing up the data on your VoiceMate talking Organiser and for upgrading the software to the latest version 3.9.  This software applies to both the 40 minute and 80 minute versions of the VoiceMate.

To download software to enable you to use your Data Link to back up VoiceMate data - (the size of the file is 376 kb) -

This will download a self-extracting file, Voicedat.exe.  When run it will create the necessary files on your P.C.  Run the VMB2.exe file to start the Backup programme.

To download the latest version 3.9 of the operating system software for your Voice Mate - (the size of the file is 3.5 mb) -

The Update software is in a "Voiceup.zip" file which will create the necessary files on your P.C.  Run the "Readme.txt" file for instructions on starting the Update software.

Do not extract the Backup and Update files to the same directory/folder on your P.C. as some files could be overwritten.

The English instructions for most of our products are available for download as text files.  Just select the appropriate link from the list below.  Once the instructions are displayed on your screen you will need to select "Save" in your web browser to copy the file to your hard disk.
