MICROSERVER INSTRUCTIONS. You can use single and dual compartment containers. It is recommended not to use containers which over hang the platform by more than 1cm in any direction. To clip your microwave meal in place. Feel on top of the handle for a small raised section. This activates the trigger, which will make the clip raise. Push this section down to lift the clip upwards. If there is a film covering your meal, you will need to loosen one edge to allow the two teeth of the clip to hold the meal in place. Alternatively the clip on this product will usually be strong enough to pierce the film, but do not use excessive force that may break or unseat the clip. Once the clip is open (in the air), place the microwave meal on the platform ensuring it is pushed back against the upright section. Push the clip down towards the meal and pull the trigger under the handle upwards to secure in place. To hold meals firmly it does not matter if the clip is not fully closed, as long as you keep your finger pressure on the trigger under the handle, this will be sufficient to grip the meal firmly and safely. Frozen meals can be handled in this way to start off and as the food cooks or defrosts the clip will close more fully. Key safety points. ALWAYS insert Microserve teeth through the ready meal film and into the container before cooking starts. ALWAYS apply finger pressure under the handle at all times to ensure a secure grip on the ready meal. DO NOT use excessive force on the Microserve teeth to penetrate tough films. Alternatively open the film along one each. DO NOT use with meals exceeding 850g. DO NOT use with meals that overhang any edge by more than 1cm. DO NOT use with meals more than 55mm (2“) high. DO NOT use on convection mode or in a conventional oven, on hot plate, under the grill or with a browning element. FOR MICROWAVE USE ONLY.
