As well as being microwave safe this product is also freezer / refrigerator safe (-18C 0F) and dishwasher safe.

Care:
Do not overcook food or use this product in the microwave without food inside.
Sharp utensils and abrasive scouring materials may damage the surface. Therefore simply wash with a dishcloth or place on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Foods with high quantities of fat, oil or sugar may cause discolouring.
