Microwave Kettle Instructions

Remove the lid from the jug and fill the kettle with the desired amount of water.  When removing the lid you will feel a section under the lid dangle from the unit, this is the Safety boil stick.  The jug capacity is 2 cups which is equivalent to 16oz / 500ml.  Replace the lid, ensuring the spout of the jug is covered by the lid.  To ensure this, the raised round section on the top of the lid should be at the opposite end to the handle.  Please note, when replacing the lid, ensure to lift the lid higher than the unit, to ensure the safety boil-stick goes inside the jug and does not knock the jug over.  Place the kettle into your microwave and programme the timer for the desired time.  Times vary depending on your microwave wattage and the amount of water in the microwave kettle.  When the water is boiling the kettle will whistle.  Remove the kettle from the microwave and carefully remove the lid, before pouring.

Cleaning:
Wash the Microwave Kettle with soap and warm water prior to use.
Dishwasher safe.

Caution!!!
Do not over fill the Microwave kettle as water may overflow when boiling.
Only use the Microwave Kettle lid with the jug provided.
Always remove the lid before pouring.
Handle with care, as steam is very hot.
